I had the best time in this hotel. It was clean, safe, and had all the necessary amenities like restaurant, pool, spa, laundry and gym. Good value for money. The breakfast was especially good, they had authentic Indonesian dishes as well as continental options as well. As I was traveling solo, safety was a big thing for me and I have to say that I felt really safe here. The highlight for me were the friendly staff who would smile at you every time you pass by. They also gave me suggestions as to what I can do in Bali. They kept checking on me if I needed anything. Thank you Yuni, Nadia, Agastya, Bimbim, Deni and everyone else who made this experience amazing. Thanks to the amaxing staff who work so hard to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a nice room with access to the pool, where we swam a few lengths in the morning. The pool was open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. use. The security ensured peace from this point on. The beds are very comfortable, so we had a restful sleep. Since we only had one chair in the room and my husband is already 80 years old, we asked for a second chair, which was brought to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes. My husband also received a vegetarian breakfast specially prepared for him. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. It is very clean and pleasantly airy and the offering is varied, rich and tasty. For our 24th wedding anniversary we received a beautiful flower arrangement and candles. We would especially like to thank Fernando, our hotel manager, and his team. We came as guests and left as friends. We can only recommend the hotel. Although it is centrally located, it is quiet. We'd love to come back.

Extremely easy check in. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Grated us every single time we walked past anyone. Room is superbly clean. Small gym but good workout. First TV to work 100%. Awesome wifi connection. Best shower ever. Aircon is literally the best aircon I've ever come across. Pool is clean and spacious for everyone. Breakfast is one of the highlights with a large spread of variety. Central location and close to everything you need. Happy and perfectly professional staff. We were so happy here that we extended our stay another couple days. Highly recommended.

I really liked the staff people. The lady was so sweet and als very thoughtful. She knew how to keep the service and the quality of the hotel at best! I had a drink and she proposed to have a glass with ice cubes on the side..I liked the Juice and how she was so kind to fix the ice..it made my staying at this hotel something I won't forget :) The location is placed almost next to one of the greatest malls of Bali. Also on the roof is build a theme park which is called Trans Studio Park.

Good location in the city, good staff and decent, comfortable rooms. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage for a couple of days while I travelled.
